Driftwood started as a tiny cart on the seafront in 2019 — now we're a proper little shop with our own roasts and a kitchen full of cinnamon.
Everything is baked in-house each morning, and our beans come from small farms we can name.
Our roaster works directly with small farms — every bag tells you who grew it and when it was roasted.
The ovens go on at five. By half seven the counter is full; by ten the cinnamon buns are usually gone.
